YOUR TASK:
- Entry and processing of orders and returns
- Telephone contact for customers and business partners
- Direct customer advice and sales
- Participation in the implementation of system tests
- Participation in the roll-out of a new SAP system
- Interface to the departments
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training (at least HAK, HASCH, HTL)
- Relevant professional experience in the field of customer service / order entry (at least 3 years)
- First experience in SAP is an advantage
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- Good English knowledge
