YOUR TASK:

  • Entry and processing of orders and returns
  • Telephone contact for customers and business partners
  • Direct customer advice and sales
  • Participation in the implementation of system tests
  • Participation in the roll-out of a new SAP system
  • Interface to the departments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed training (at least HAK, HASCH, HTL)
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of customer service / order entry (at least 3 years)
  • First experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Structured, precise and independent way of working
  • Good English knowledge
