Room Controller

As a Room controller, your main duty is to support the front office operation on planning the pre arrival of the guests.  Room Controller has a friendly and outgoing personality, and is genuinely interested in meeting and serving guests and supporting the team.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding hotel services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Follow up on guest needs and handle all related issues
  • Provide information on resort services and facilities, as well as local attractions and general enquires as requested.
  • Arranging rooms for guests and groups which they expected in a friendly and caring manner according to Anantara procedures and standards.
  • Communicate with HSKP which rooms they should rush in advance for the early arrival guest.
  • Assistant with guest service agent, guest service center and duty manager to solve anything about the guests if they are in busy status.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset

  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

  • Fluency in Russian language

Your team and working environment:

The pre-opening project consists of 3 famous Accor brands Adagio, Novotel and Movenpick hotels which will have a total of 924 keys including sold units all located in Jumeirah Village Triangle by Mohamed Bin Zayed Road (E311) opposite City Center Meisim.
