YOUR MISSION
- Creation of Sales Orders & Delivery Notes
- Preparing implementation reports
- Generating reports from SAP
- Revision of discounts and payment terms, if any
- Moving of delivery dates
- Preparing Pro-forma invoices
- Maintaining records for LPO
- Handle UPS invoices
- Invoicing DN’s once packed in SAP
YOUR TALENT
Education:
- Ideally degree educated
Experience:
- Preferably, over 1 year Customer Service experience
- Experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory
Capabilities:
- Results oriented
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work alongside other functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
- Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
- Attention to detail
