What will you be doing?
- Deliver impactful training for new joiners to prepare them for their role.
- On-going sales coaching and training for sales team.
- Determine coaching and training needs by observing sales calls; studying sales reports; conferring with sales managers and team leads then developing relevant training.
- Sales content development (i.e. Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies).
- Call and meeting Coaching through 1-to-1 feedback sessions.
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance and scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
- Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports and conferring with sales managers.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions and developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available and integrating support with routine job functions.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement at an individual salesperson level.
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved).
- Create and conduct effective sales quality audits.
What we are looking for?
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a must
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
- Additional certification in training is a plus
