Job purpose:

 

  • The person will assist in ensuring the most professional handling of all transient tenders (RFI/RFP) for the benefit of Accor hotels in the IMEA region.
  • Help to maintain the proper client data quality in ANAIS (Salesforce) and follow up on the Sales KPI’s.
  • Provide the necessary support to the hotels during the contracting season (RFI/RFP) and for local contracting.
  • Perform ANAIS trainings on request for the hotels and animate the ANAIS Community. (webinars, userguides creation, newsletters)
  • Support the Global Sales Team in terms of reporting, organization of events, day to day activities.
  • Create and analyse actionable Business Intelligence from a variety of Accor sources
  • Support the sales team with System & Program management using systems like Meetingbroker, Cvent, Referral systems…

Main task/responsibilities:

 

  • The ability to communicate with the Global Sales / ISC network and IMEA hotels to ensure that all requests for a rate proposal are followed up in timely manner (Respect of the RFI RFP Deadlines, consolidation and follow up with the hotels)
  • To coordinate RFP launch and contracts loading in ANAIS and GDS in line with current procedures
  • Animate the ANAIS (Salesforce) Hotels users community and perform some trainings, ensuring the proper usage of the tool, notably the Activities loading (dashboards, webinars, userguides creation…)
  • To support Global Sales activities (sales mission, events, trade shows, activities, workshops, newsletters…)
  • Assists in accurate tracking of centrally managed accounts: (Key and Strategic) Production loading, linkages, UPE, IFIIR

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Degree in Sales or Marketing
  • Sales experience in an Hotel is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must (other languages an advantage – in particular Arabic, Hindi or French).

Skills required:

  • Ability to manage a varied and heavy workload and ability to multi-task across numerous disciplines on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Team player – open minded – flexible
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience on the Cvent/Lanyon contracting tool is an advantage
